Two Staffers at Pro-Link CIMS Certified
Program Helps Industry Protect Human Health
Canton, MA - Pro-Link, Inc., a leading jansan focused marketing and buying group based in Canton, Massachusetts, announces that two members of their staff, Rich Parillo and Bill Eckhart, have recently earned CIMS certification from ISSA.
Parillo was the director of environmental services at a large New York-area hospital. He then started and ran the janitorial division of OR&L-a large construction, real estate marketing, and property management company in Connecticut and Florida-making it a multimillion-dollar enterprise. He is now Pro-Link's Building Service Contractor Specialist.
Eckhart, who is a master textile cleaner and instructor for IICRC*, has been in the cleaning and sanitary supply industry since 1978. He was manager for a contract cleaning company and has sold cleaning products and equipment for more than 20 years. He is a Pro-Link Regional Manager and Chemical Specialist.
According to Parillo, the CIMS program is a tool for facility service providers because it allows them to develop customer-centered organizations. "And the evaluation of an organization's management and performance systems and processes helps to determine how effective they are in providing their services to their customers," he says.
Adds Eckhart, "As end customers realize the importance of our industry in protecting human health, these programs [like CIMS] help our industry address these challenges, and perform our work more efficiently and effectively."
